All guests and owners must wear wristbands during the summer season for security and liability purposes. Due to high volume of guests in the summer please observe all the occupancy policies for units that pertain to those staying in the unit as well as incoming guests.

Owners and guests of owners are allowed only 1 parking pass for any studios or 1 bedroom condos, 2 parking passes for 2 bedroom units, 3 parking spaces for 3 and or more bedroom units.  Vehicles with no parking pass will be towed at the Owner’s expense. This is very important in the high season as we have very limited parking spots in the summer.
