The upper parking lot at GrandView on the Lake will be undergoing a resurfacing. This work will begin on April 25th and should be completed by May 6th. There will be no access to the upper lot during this entire period. In addition, there will be limited, to no, foot access so owners and guests will have to use the stairs on the north side of the lobby. Unfortunately, there will also be limited parking during this time. Owners/guests will have to park on the lower level or on the street.
